The Dimвge Scan Dual gives you two
important dual advantages. First, it handles both 35mm film and
Advanced Photo System film, so you're ready for a variety of photos.
Scanning is fast and resolution is consistently high. Second, the
driver software offers two types of control windows, for new and
advanced users, and allows the use of compensation functions for
greater creativity. Whether you use it for business or personal

| With
mounted positives or negatives, all you have to do is set the photos
in the supplied film holder, which can hold up to four slides. When
the film holder is inserted, the scanner shows the number of the
frames to be scanned. |

| Now you don't have to make prints to see your photos. Just
scan them by placing up to six negatives or positives in the
supplied sleeve holder. The entire sleeve is inserted, protecting
the film, and the number to be scanned is displayed. |

| You simply drop the film cassette in the optional Advanced
Photo System film holder and insert it. Minolta's Index Scan
function provides easy, convenient viewing of all frames on your

| The Dimвge Scan Dual offers the highest resolution in this
class of scanner. 35mm film is scanned with image input of 2,438 dpi
resolution -- or, in other words, with 8,000,000 pixels (2,336 x
3,504 pixels). Combined with its super-bright fluorescent lamp and a
3-line CCD for accurate scanning, this means sharp, detailed images
with quality close to that of the original photo. |
